On monday, Breaking Muscle published an article I wrote about the benefits of eating eggs. The website is aimed largely at athletes, but I think it's an interesting article for pretty much everyone. For some reason, eggs are still a controversial topic!
Breaking Muscle initially posted this article: 4 Reasons You Need to Stop Eating Eggs
After that article proved quite unpopular, they requested a pro-egg article, and picked mine to be published.
You can read it here: Why You Should Eat Eggs, Why You Shouldn't Not Eat Eggs
If you "like" it, there's a little button you can click. If it proves popular, they may post some more of my stuff!
I was fairly restricted for words, so couldn't cover everything. If you want to get really DEEP into eggs, here are some good articles written by others that answer most questions:
Chris Masterjohn on the nutrition of eggs: The Incredible, Edible Egg Yolk
Chris Kresser on choline and cardiovascular disease/cancer: Eggs Still Don't Cause Heart Disease
Dr. Mercola on cholesterol: Debunking the Science Behind Cholesterol
If that's a bit too much for a wednesday evening, just hold tight. Tomorrow I'll be posting the second part of my article on exercising for health.
