In the last few weeks I've had two short articles published by Breaking Muscle UK:
The most recent article, "The Great Upside-Down Movement Pyramid", describes how we can best approach movement and exercise to maximise long-term health. The second article, "Why Everybody Is Wrong (And Why That's Okay)", discusses the science behind why we have such different opinions on certain topics (ie diet, exercise, vaccinations), and why it's so difficult to change our mind in the face of contradictory evidence.
I will be writing more frequently for Breaking Muscle over the coming months. For anybody interested in training, diet, and health, it's a great resource, with a huge amount of varied information available for free.
